News.com.au reports that "The sequel to a popular video game has been modified so it can be sold in Australia. A toned-down version of Left 4 Dead 2 has been given a rating of MA15+ after the original was refused classification last month.

According to the Classification Board's report, the modified version removes considerable amounts of gore from gameplay."

This is bulls--t! Where is the R-rating that video games in Australia badly needs. All I can say is, I hope Steam isn't touched.
